SAE: My SAE is Diversified Agriculture. I serve as the head farm manager for the Wilson Central FFA where I care for our small animal care lab animals, chickens, and the apiary.

Favorite Ag Class: My favorite agricultural class is Organizational Leadership. I really enjoy this class because we learn about leaders that had an impact on our past, what traits all leaders should have, and how we can develop ourself as leaders.

Describe a time when you set a goal within the FFA and were not able to meet it; what did you learn? I set a goal for myself as a sophomore to become a regional officer. I went though the interview process, but was not chosen to serve Middle Tennessee FFA that year. I was able to learn from this experience by having the opportunity to seek feedback and develop myself as a leader. I grew from this experience, and I had the opportunity to go through the interview process again. However, this year I was able to see my hard work pay off as I now serve as the Regional Reporter.

What are you looking forward to most during your year as a Regional Officer? I am very excited this year to meet and talk to all the members of the Middle TN FFA and hear about each of their individual stories. Also, I am excited to see and help members develop their passion and reach their goals.
