In the event of wide-spread weather warnings in regional events
(such as MT Ag Mechanics), the CDE would be called by early morning of CDE.
Information on a cancellation will be e-mailed and
notified via text service on our regional website.
Regarding a district or sectional event, the coordinator of the event is responsible for whether or not the event will continue during times of bad weather or school cancellations.
Coordinators, please remember that just because your event site may be free from bad weather, other schools who will compete may be cancelled or under a weather warning.
Often FFA chapters are not allowed to travel or conduct any business on days that school has
been cancelled or closed early. All effort should be made to include every chapter that plans to participate.
